Accountabilities:. . Gather, document, and prioritize detailed business and technical requirements from departments such as Marketing, Finance, and Operations.. . Develop and manage a well-structured backlog of epics and user stories that clearly define scope for the engineering team.. . Act as a technical liaison between stakeholders and developers, ensuring alignment on features, expectations, and timelines.. . Validate functionality against acceptance criteria before deployment and support release activities.. . Contribute to roadmap planning and support enterprise-level system design and rollouts.. . Provide clear, timely updates on project status, risks, and resolutions across teams and leadership.. . Partner with engineers to ensure consistent progress through sprints and development cycles.. . Support process improvements and system enhancements that benefit both customers and internal teams.. . Help foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.. . . Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar technical or analytical role.. . 3+ years of hands-on experience translating business needs into functional requirements and technical documentation.. . Familiarity with SDLC and agile practices, including backlog management, sprint planning, and using tools like Jira and Confluence.. .
