Design, implement, and optimize scalable LAN/WAN infrastructure and enterprise-grade network solutions using technologies from Cisco, Palo Alto, Juniper, Aruba, and others.. . Lead full lifecycle project execution, from planning through closure, including strategic documentation and migration plans.. . Provide expert troubleshooting for outages, performance bottlenecks, and security concerns in both implementation and managed service contexts.. . Support managed service clients, perform updates, triage tickets, and maintain network monitoring systems.. . Implement and manage network security systems such as firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection/prevention, and remote access protocols.. . Contribute to presales efforts in partnership with sales teams, including solution development and client presentations.. . Mentor junior engineers and support their development through technical guidance and documentation.. . Participate in risk management activities, escalating issues when needed and contributing to process improvements.. . Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication and successful delivery of solutions.. . Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest networking technologies, automation tools, and industry best practices.. . . 10+ years of experience in network/security engineering roles, ideally with client-facing implementation responsibilities.. . Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field preferred; industry certifications including CCIE and PCNSE required.. . Hands-on experience with technologies including Cisco ASA, FirePower, ISE, ACI, Palo Alto firewalls, Aruba/Cisco wireless, and scripting for network automation.. . Familiarity with Juniper, F5, and VoIP systems such as Cisco Call Manager is a strong advantage.. . Demonstrated ability to lead projects, troubleshoot complex issues, and create clear documentation.. . Proficient with Microsoft Office and network design tools like Visio.. . Excellent communication, client management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.. . Strong analytical mindset, proactive problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure.. .
