Responsibilities. . Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients within the finance sector.. . Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both Spanish and English.. . Process financial transactions and assist customers with account-related inquiries.. . Resolve customer complaints and issues with a professional and empathetic approach.. . Educate clients on financial products and services to enhance their understanding and usage.. .
