Conduct code reviews, implement automated testing, and ensure engineering quality. . Investigate, troubleshoot, and solve complex technical problems across the stack. . Continuously improve team workflows and contribute to a culture of technical excellence. . . 4+ years of experience in software engineering, building complex products. . At least 2 years working with Ruby on Rails in a production environment. . Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug across a distributed system. . Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. . Experience working with RESTful APIs and understanding authentication/authorization flows. . Familiarity with identity providers like Microsoft 365, Okta, or Google Workspace (preferred). . Experience with tools such as Redis, ElasticSearch, or MongoDB (preferred). .
