Design, run, and meticulously analyze A/B tests to optimize our consumer product experience and key conversion funnels.. Opportunity Identification:. Proactively identify critical problems and strategic opportunities through deep-dive data analysis and exploratory research.. Monitoring & Visualization:. Build and maintain dashboards to track key performance metrics (KPIs) and visualize insights for quick comprehension by stakeholders.. Modeling:. Experience:. . 2-3+ years. of data science experience at a high-growth startup, scale-up, or equivalent (FAANG/Fintech).. Technical Proficiency:. Expert proficiency with . Python/R. and . SQL/BigQuery. for data manipulation, analysis, and modeling.. A/B Testing:. Strong, demonstrable experience designing, running, and analyzing statistically robust A/B tests on consumer-facing products.. Autonomy:. Proven ability to work autonomously, managing entire data science projects from ideation to implementation with minimal supervision.. Impact Translation:. Demonstrated experience translating complex data insights into clear, actionable business and product recommendations.. Communication:.
