Handle customer inquiries related to public utility services, billing, and account information via phone, email, and chat in German.. . Provide accurate assistance regarding service setups, interruptions, and billing statements.. . Address customer concerns and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.. . Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective follow-up and record-keeping.. . Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex customer issues and enhance service delivery.. . Stay informed about service changes, promotions, and relevant regulations to inform customers appropriately.. . . Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.. . Experience in customer service, preferably in public utilities or a related field.. .
