Design, configure, and manage modern CCaaS solutions such as NICE CXone, Genesys, Five9, or Amazon Connect to meet evolving business requirements.. Oversee and optimize UCaaS environments, including RingCentral, 8x8, or Microsoft Teams, ensuring seamless communication infrastructure.. Integrate AI-driven automation and agentic workflows to enhance both agent and customer experiences.. Develop, manage, and secure APIs enabling efficient data exchange across systems.. Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver omnichannel customer solutions focused on reliability and performance.. Implement and maintain Workforce Management (WFM) systems and reporting dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Snowflake..
