Responsibilities and Qualifications include:. Conduct in-depth research on technology, business, and partnership topics using Gen AI, online databases, and professional sources. . Summarize findings into concise reports, briefs, and recommendations to support strategic planning and business development. . Prepare background materials for meetings, events, and external communications. . Track industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies relevant to Intetics’ focus areas. . Coordinate the CEO’s participation in professional networks, memberships, and industry associations. . Support content development in a research-driven format - prepare outlines, reference materials, or data for articles, posts, and presentations. . Manage selected administrative and organizational tasks (scheduling, vendor communication, document control) with high precision. . Use AI-based tools for data gathering, research automation, and information visualization. . Attend online events/webinars and provide analytical summaries.. Exceptional written and spoken English (C1+). – ability to write clear, structured reports and communicate with senior stakeholders. . 3+ years of experience. supporting executive leadership or in analytical/research-focused roles. . Strong research and analytical skills. - ability to process large volumes of information, extract insights, and present them logically. . Confidence in using Gen AI tools. for research, summarization, and productivity enhancement. . Attention to detail, reliability, and discretion. when handling sensitive information. .
