Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with professionalism and care.. . Document customer inquiries and feedback to support improvements in service delivery.. . Collaborate with the merchandising team to remain informed about new arrivals and promotions.. . Stay updated on fashion trends and industry standards to better assist customers.. . . Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.. . Experience in customer service, particularly in fashion retail is a plus.. .
