We are currently looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager – AMER in the United States.. We are seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager to drive enterprise awareness and demand through impactful in-person and virtual events. This role focuses on executing end-to-end field marketing campaigns that accelerate sales effectiveness, engage target audiences, and enhance brand presence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product marketing, and developer advocacy to create integrated event experiences and campaigns that generate measurable results. The ideal candidate has extensive B2B SaaS marketing experience, excels at project management, and thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with frequent regional travel.. . Accountabilities. . Plan and execute regional and national events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and hosted experiences, ensuring alignment with business objectives.. . Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and developer advocacy to design integrated campaigns that drive attendance, engagement, and pipeline.. . Manage all aspects of event logistics, including contracts, vendor coordination, booth setup, promotional materials, and on-site execution.. . Partner with external organizations and vendors to co-host events and marketing initiatives, expanding reach and brand visibility.. . Develop and implement campaign strategies covering audience segmentation, promotion, and post-event follow-up to optimize lead generation.. . Track, measure, and analyze event and campaign performance, using data insights to refine field marketing strategies.. . Maintain a detailed event calendar and proactively identify new opportunities to meet marketing objectives.. . . 5+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or regional marketing within the B2B SaaS space.. . Demonstrated success in driving pipeline generation and brand awareness through field marketing efforts.. . Strong project management skills, with experience organizing and executing both small and large-scale events.. .
