We’re seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role is ideal for someone who loves clean and elevated design, has extensive experience designing digital marketing assets, and thrives in a fast-paced work environment.. The graphic designer will be responsible for executing a wide range of creative deliverables for digital marketing—from monthly emails, website assets, organic social content and paid media, to managing our media libraries. The designer will be responsible for ensuring that all designs are on-brand, cohesive, and visually appealing. They will maintain our visual identity while helping to push our brand’s creative forward.. Key Responsibilities . . The graphic designer will report to the Design Director and Art Director for all tasks and projects. . Design digital marketing assets: emails, web assets, organic and paid social content (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.). . Work collaboratively with the Design Director and Senior Graphic Designer on all design projects.. . Retouch and edit brand imagery (e-comm, product and model lifestyle) with a strong eye for detail and ability to follow direction from the Art Director. . . Maintain and organize design files and image media library.. . Manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously with precision.. . Communicate and coordinate with creative project manager using Slack and Wrike to keep track of all project timelines. . . What You Bring:. Mandatory. . 5+ years of professional design experience, ideally in beauty, wellness, or at minimum consumer product.. . Advanced proficiency in Figma (required) and Adobe Creative Suite—especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.. . Strong design fundamental skills: typography, text treatments and layouts, structure. . . Strong photo retouching skills and a sharp eye for detail. . . A highly organized mindset with strong proactive communication and collaboration skills. . . A pulse on digital and social design trends, especially in the clean beauty and wellness space. . .
