Atlassian Platform Engineer. to oversee the administration, customization, and enhancement of our Healthcare client's Atlassian tools, including Jira, Jira Service Management (JSM), Confluence, Trello, and Bitbucket. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, improve processes, and ensure efficient ticket management workflows. Configure, maintain, and optimize Atlassian tools (Jira, JSM, Confluence, Trello, and Bitbucket) to meet the evolving needs of the organization.. . . Process Improvement:. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas of inefficiency and implement enhancements to streamline workflows, processes, and reporting.. . . Customization & Automation:. Design, develop, and implement Jira workflows, screens, fields, permissions, and automation rules to support team-specific requirements.. . . Ticket Management & Operations:. Ensure smooth operation of the ticketing systems, monitor issue resolution timelines, and enhance the efficiency of support processes.. . . Integration & Collaboration:. Integrate Atlassian tools with other platforms and third-party applications to improve team collaboration and data flow.. . . Security & Compliance:. Enforce security measures and compliance standards (HIPAA) across the platform.. . . Support & Troubleshooting:. Act as the primary point of contact for all Atlassian-related issues, providing troubleshooting support and resolving escalated problems.. . . Training & Documentation:. Experience:. 3-5 years of experience in Atlassian tool administration (Jira, JSM, Confluence, Trello, Bitbucket), including customization and workflow optimization.. . . Technical Expertise:. Strong knowledge of Jira workflows, custom fields, permissions, reporting dashboards, automation, and integrations with Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and other tools.. . . Scripting Skills:. Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Groovy, JavaScript) and knowledge of JQL (Jira Query Language) for Jira automation and customization.. . . Problem Solving:. Demonstrated ability to analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.. . . Collaboration:.
