Design and implement overall recruiting strategies to attract top talent across intelligence and technical disciplines.. . Develop and maintain accurate job descriptions and specifications.. . Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, and other channels.. . Screen resumes, assess applicant skills, experience, and cultural fit, and conduct structured interviews.. . Onboard new employees to ensure smooth integration.. . Monitor HR recruiting best practices and provide well-documented analytics and reports.. . Build strong candidate relationships and promote the organization as an employer of choice.. . The ideal candidate will have:. . 10+ years of recruiting experience in the DoD/government contracting space.. . Proven experience recruiting cleared personnel across multiple intelligence disciplines (SIGINT, HUMINT, CI, IMINT, GEOINT, OSINT, etc.).. . Hands-on experience with diverse interviewing techniques, selection processes, and assessment tools.. . Proficiency with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Candidate Management Systems (CMS), and HRIS/HRMS software.. . Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.. . Prior military experience is preferred but not required.. . Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.. .
