Head of Solution Architecture. , you will lead Huble’s Solution Architecture practice, ensuring we deliver scalable, innovative, and high-quality technical solutions for our clients. Lead and develop Huble’s Solution Architecture team, including mentoring Solution Architects and Pod Leads. . Define and maintain architecture standards, frameworks, and documentation to ensure consistent delivery quality. . Design and oversee scalable client solutions built around HubSpot and integrated technology ecosystems. . Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure architecture aligns with client business objectives and implementation constraints. . Act as a senior escalation point for complex client delivery challenges. . Work closely with pre-sales and consulting teams to scope solutions and support proposal development. . Ensure the team meets quoting SLAs and supports commercial growth opportunities within client accounts. . Identify opportunities to evolve Huble’s architecture methodologies and delivery processes. . Champion innovation and the use of emerging technologies, including AI, within our architecture approach. . Maintain strong relationships with HubSpot and other strategic technology partners.. 🏗️ To excel in this role, you should have the following. Significant experience in solution architecture, ideally within CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics. . Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring technical architecture teams. . Strong understanding of CRM ecosystems, data architecture, integrations, and APIs. . Experience designing scalable technology solutions within complex business environments. . Experience working within a consultancy or agency environment delivering technology projects for clients. . Ability to balance technical excellence with commercial considerations in client solutions. . Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. . Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or similar).. ⚡️ . These personal qualities are key to your success.
