Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the Nordic region. . Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and service requests via phone and email. . Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally. . Maintain a deep understanding of the services provided by the government and public sector. . Document customer interactions and feedback in the system. . Collaborate with other teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. . Stay updated on policies and procedures to provide accurate information. . . Proficiency in Nordic languages (e.g., Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Danish). . Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. . Previous experience in customer service or a related field. . Ability to handle challenging customer situations with empathy and professionalism. . Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. .
