Are you a talented attorney with a passion for estate planning and business formation? We’re looking for a dynamic Network Attorney to join our team! Provide expert legal advice.  on estate planning and business formation matters.. . . Draft and review legal documents.  including wills, trusts, contracts, and business formation paperwork.. . . Collaborate with clients.  to understand their unique needs and develop tailored legal solutions.. . . Stay current.  on legal developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in estate planning and business law.. . What We’re Looking For. . . Active membership.  with the State Bar (in good standing). . Private practice experience required. . . Residency in the state.  where licensed highly preferred. . . Minimum 3 years.  of estate plan drafting experience. . . Comfortable with virtual communication.  (Zoom, phone, etc.). . Business formation experience highly desirable. . . Medicaid Planning.  experience preferred. . . Knowledge in.  special needs, real estate, elder law, taxation, and asset protection is a plus. . .
