We are currently looking for an Analyst, Data and Systems in United States.. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a dynamic team focused on leveraging data and technology to drive operational excellence and informed decision-making. You will support the development, deployment, and optimization of data systems and analytics tools that enable the organization to deliver clean energy efficiently and effectively. The position involves collaborating with internal teams, external vendors, and consultants to implement new processes, platforms, and reporting solutions. You will help ensure data integrity, improve system performance, and generate actionable insights that inform strategic planning. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to contribute to meaningful energy initiatives while gaining broad exposure across technical and business domains.. . Accountabilities. . Assist with implementation of the Data and Systems Strategic Plan, including solution requirements, RFP evaluation, and technical documentation.. . Develop, maintain, and optimize data reporting, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Tableau and other BI platforms.. . Support deployment and ongoing maintenance of cloud environments, enterprise systems, and custom applications.. . Gather, document, and manage technical requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.. . Coordinate with vendors and consultants to deploy and support systems while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and budget.. . Perform data quality assurance, develop governance standards, and troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with internal stakeholders.. . Assist in strategic analysis of large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights to inform decision-making.. . Support system maintenance, hardware/software testing, and user support across various applications.. . Manage administrative responsibilities, including license management, vendor communication, and budget tracking.. . . . Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.. . Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in data analytics, systems support, or related technical roles.. . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information for non-technical audiences.. . Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), Tableau, SQL, SharePoint, and cloud computing platforms (AWS or Azure).. . Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.. . Programming experience in R, Python, or JavaScript is a plus.. . Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and external partners.. .
