The right candidate will be proactive, organized, and comfortable handling multiple tasks while clearly communicating plan requirements and timelines. This is a fully remote position offering the opportunity to work independently while being supported by expert sales, document, and compliance teams.. . Accountabilities:. . Manage the onboarding process for new retirement plans, ensuring timely and accurate implementation. . Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, advisors, and platform providers throughout the implementation phase. . Coordinate collection of essential data such as census info, compliance testing records, and IRS forms. . Review and complete plan documents, adoption agreements, and platform provider paperwork. . Guide clients through basic plan operation questions and maintain clear, professional communication. . Participate in weekly calls with stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress on timelines. . Input plan data into internal systems and compliance software in accordance with company policies. . . . 5+ years of experience in retirement plan onboarding or implementation. . Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. . Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a remote, results-driven environment. . Highly organized with strong time management and problem-solving abilities. . Detail-oriented with the ability to grasp and explain technical plan provisions. .
