As the Vice President of Employer Growth, you will play a pivotal role in driving top-line performance and expanding commercial partnerships across large and jumbo employers. Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, you will lead a high-performing sales team, develop and execute scalable go-to-market strategies, and directly influence the company’s revenue trajectory. Accountabilities:. . Lead and manage a team of regional Account Executives, overseeing the full sales cycle and achieving revenue targets.. .
