Marketing Specialist. to help execute high-impact paid marketing initiatives, from digital ads and event sponsorships to media partnerships and podcasts. In this role, you’ll coordinate logistics, manage deliverables, and support campaign set-up and tracking to ensure our marketing runs smoothly and effectively. This is a hands-on, operations-focused role within our Support Team, ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, and curious about how paid marketing really works.. Your success will be measured by the seamless execution of paid initiatives, the quality of campaign operations, and the accuracy of tracking and reporting. . Here’s how you’ll make an impact:. Event Marketing Coordination. . Coordinate the execution of sponsored conferences and industry events.. . Manage logistics including registrations, speaker coordination, and asset delivery.. . Track post-event performance and collect content assets (e.g., recordings, decks).. . . Paid Campaign Execution. . Set up and launch paid media campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn,X).. . Coordinate sponsored media like podcasts, newsletters, and influencers.. . Plan and execute in-person and virtual paid events with cross-functional teams.. . Research & Insights. . Build and maintain a list of sponsorship opportunities (podcasts, YouTube, newsletters).. . Research relevant events and communities aligned with our ICP.. . Analyze past sponsorship performance to identify top formats and partners.. . Operational Support. . Maintain a campaign and events calendar across the marketing team.. . Set up tracking links and conversion tags to ensure accurate attribution.. . Support with ad hoc operational tasks and requests.. . Colleagues. You’ll work closely with the Marketing team and external partners and vendors. You’ll also collaborate with Sales and the other stakeholders to ensure campaign alignment and data integrity. .
