Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. . Coordinate appointments, inspections, and closing dates with clients and vendors. . Maintain accurate and organized transaction files and documentation. . Communicate with clients, agents, and third-party vendors effectively and professionally. . Track and manage key dates and deadlines to ensure timely transactions. . Assist in preparing marketing materials and presenting properties to potential buyers. . . Licensed in Washington state or Oregon. . Proven experience as a Transaction Coordinator or in a similar role within the real estate industry. .
