Hardware Specialist - LINACs. to lead sales efforts for CT-Linac and MR-Linac technologies. This role focuses on expanding the adoption of Online Adaptive Radiation Therapy (OART), growing the install base, and driving new business development across a defined U.S. territory.. Responsibilities. . Identify and develop sales opportunities at new and existing customer sites. . . Collaborate with regional and national account teams to achieve sales objectives. . . Provide subject matter expertise to support sales teams and customer engagements. . . Deliver impactful product presentations and demonstrations to clinicians and administrators. . . Consult with hospitals on site planning for MR-Linac installations. . . Drive adoption of adaptive radiotherapy through education, training, and bundled portfolio solutions. . . Contribute to regional marketing plans and promotional activities. . . Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and industry events. . . Maintain accurate records in CRM and comply with company quality and ethical standards.. . Total compensation is in the range of $200 - $225K annually. . Requirements. . Bachelor’s degree in business, clinical sciences, or related field (or equivalent experience). . . Proven success in capital medical equipment sales; oncology or imaging experience strongly preferred. . . Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and presentation skills. . . Technical knowledge in medical physics, dosimetry, treatment planning, or hospital IT systems is a plus. . . Experience with MR imaging and adaptive radiotherapy solutions preferred. . . Ability to manage a broad geographic territory with extensive travel. . . Strong communication and interpersonal skills; effective team collaborator. . .
