Build, manage, and optimize scalable data systems and pipelines, while contributing to their overall architecture.. . Transform, organize, and evaluate raw data into clean, structured, and reliable datasets.. . Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and analysts to turn business needs into technical solutions.. . Integrate and combine data from multiple sources to support analytics, predictive, and prescriptive modeling.. . Continuously monitor and improve data pipeline performance, quality, and reliability.. . Contribute to the development of a semantic layer and self-service analytics for internal stakeholders.. . Identify opportunities for new data acquisition, enrichment, and automation.. . . At least 3 years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.. . Strong expertise in DBT, SQL, Python, and data orchestration frameworks (Prefect or similar).. . Proven experience with ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, data mining, and big data processing.. . Hands-on experience designing and maintaining pipelines in cloud environments, ideally Google Cloud Platform (GCP).. . Proficiency with relational databases and handling semi-structured/tabular data.. . Familiarity with BI and analytics tools such as Lightdash or Hex.. .
