They're now seeking a detail-oriented . Bookkeeper Admin. to join their growing team.. Key Responsibilities:. . Manage proof of deliveries (PODs) and finalise consignments in Transvirtual.. . Process payroll weekly using RosterElf.. . Prepare and file BAS, IAS, and Superannuation.. . Handle ATO communications, payment plans, and compliance requirements.. . Maintain bookkeeping records and reconcile accounts in Xero.. . Process cash sales, generate invoices, and record payments.. . Respond to customer and internal team emails, calls, and WhatsApp messages.. . Support general administration and communication tasks.. . . Strong AU bookkeeping background with Xero proficiency.. . Intermediate to advanced computer and admin skills.. . High attention to detail and accuracy.. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills.. .
