Executive Researcher . plays a critical role in driving global research initiatives by identifying top priorities and ensuring timely completion of project deliverables. As a KLAS ambassador, this individual builds meaningful, lasting relationships with healthcare providers, ensuring they gain maximum value from their interactions with KLAS. This role requires a blend of strategic outreach, data-driven interviewing, and relationship management to support high-impact research across the healthcare technology landscape. . Key Responsibilities . • Navigate provider organizations to identify and engage the most relevant contacts for research participation . Schedule interviews and appointments with healthcare professionals via phone, email, and other outreach channels . • Conduct phone interviews with executives, directors, and industry experts to assess the performance of healthcare technologies and services . • Build strong rapport with stakeholders across hospitals, clinics, and payer organizations . • Guide providers through KLAS data, including website tours, demos, and critical report reviews . • Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous improvement of research processes. • Support additional duties as assigned to meet evolving project needs. Hard & Soft Skills: . • Strong investigative mindset and natural curiosity . • Tenacity in meeting ambitious goals and tight deadlines . • Professional and personable communication style, both verbal and written . • Ability to quickly grasp and explain complex healthcare topics . • Flexibility to manage multiple projects simultaneously . • Relationship-building expertise with long-term impact . • Proficient in using social media and search tools to identify and validate contacts . • Ownership mentality with a focus on outcomes and team success . • Customer-centric approach, acting as the “voice of the provider” . • Highly organized with excellent time management . • Detail-oriented and transparent in execution.   Schedule: Monday to friday 8am to 6pm MST. •4+ years in roles involving direct engagement with executive-level clients and deadline-driven deliverables . • Proven ability to exercise independent judgment and lead project outcomes . • 2+ years in account management or similar collaborative roles . • Experience in designing processes and tracking performance metrics.
