Provide direct technical supervision to assigned staff and teams, including recruitment, goal-setting, mentoring, agile assignments, and performance reviews.. . Lead the design, coding, and delivery of healthcare information system (HIS) products and customer-focused solutions.. . Implement enterprise-scale applications, data, and reporting solutions using modern platforms and cloud-native technologies.. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver advanced data-driven solutions for customers across India and worldwide.. . Ensure adherence to project timelines and maintain high-quality standards throughout all development phases.. . . . Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university.. . Minimum 5 years of combined supervisor, team leadership, or solution architect experience.. . At least 7 years of experience in business intelligence, software application, and/or database development.. . Strong background in AWS services (e.g., QuickSight, Glue, Athena) and BI platforms such as PowerBI or Tableau.. . Experience leading development teams across design, implementation, and delivery phases.. . Proven ability to manage on-site, hybrid, and remote teams.. . Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to present technical concepts clearly.. .
