Demand Development Representative - US East Coast at Vizrt. Key Responsibilities . Pipeline Generation & Opportunity Identification . Take ownership of building and sustaining a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities across assigned markets or segments. . Identify, research, and engage new prospects using multiple channels (including but not limited to phone, email, social media). . Develop a deep understanding of key buyer personas and vertical markets to identify where Vizrt solutions can create value. . Leverage marketing campaigns and inbound signals to prioritize and engage high-potential accounts. . Lead Engagement & Qualification . Engage promptly with inbound leads from campaigns, events, the website, and partner channels in a timely manner. . Use a structured qualification process (e.g., BANT) to assess fit, needs and readiness, to progress through to a qualified opportunity to pass to sales. . Identify whether customer interest relates to software, hardware, or bundled solutions and document this information in our CRM. . Outbound Prospecting & Opportunity Development . Execute proactive targeted outreach to targeted accounts and contacts based on vertical sales plays and demand programs. . Personalize outreach and engagement strategies based on account research, customer segment, persona or buying signals. . Drive curiosity-led conversations that uncover customer pain points and position Vizrt’s value proposition effectively. . Collaborate with Demand Program Managers to execute outreach sequences aligned to campaigns or key product themes. . Secure follow-up actions such as demos, technical consultations, or commercial discussions with account teams. .  . Pipeline Acceleration & Revenue Contribution . Own the early-stage progression of opportunities until handover to field, channel, or account managers. . Contribute to revenue growth by ensuring a steady flow of high-quality opportunities. . Support renewal or expansion conversations where appropriate, especially for software trials or hardware upgrades. .  . Data & CRM Excellence . Ensure each qualified lead is accurately routed and transitioned to the correct sales owner. . Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead and opportunity information in Salesforce CRM. . Document all interactions to ensure visibility for sales and demand teams. . Leverage dashboards and reports to manage workload, conversion metrics, and personal performance KPIs. .  . Collaboration Across Teams . Partner closely with Sales, Demand Management, Marketing, and RevOps to ensure smooth lead management and conversion workflows.  . Share market feedback, competitive insights, and customer objections to strengthen GTM strategy. . Provide actionable feedback to optimize messaging, targeting, and content effectiveness across campaigns.  .  . Skills & Qualifications . Required: . A passion for sales or customer engagement, prior experience is a plus but not required. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to different audiences and regions. . Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and follow-ups concurrently. . Eagerness to learn, grow, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment. . Fluent in English (additional languages an advantage). . Preferred . Experience within a SaaS, subscription, or technology business (hardware familiarity a plus). . Understanding of both direct and channel-led sales models. . Familiarity with sales qualification methodologies (e.g. BANT). . Familiarity with CRM tools or sales/marketing platforms is a bonus. .  .
