Conduct meetings with prospective landlords and housing providers to present tailored property solutions. . . Understand and articulate the benefits of long-term leasing models within the social housing sector. . . Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new property partners. . . Maintain accurate records of interactions and agreements using CRM systems. . . Stay informed about market trends and regulatory changes affecting the property and social housing sectors.. . . Qualifications and Experience. . Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development or sales within the property sector. . . Strong understanding of the UK property market, particularly social and supported housing. . . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders. . . Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. . .
