Review, draft, and negotiate agreements (vendor, client, data privacy, service, and NDAs).. Execute redlines and recommend strategic approaches to secure favorable positions.. Suggest and implement process improvements within the legal function.. Develop and deliver mini-trainings on compliance topics for internal stakeholders.. Build strong relationships as a trusted legal advisor to internal teams.. Ensure timely contract reviews and adherence to service-level agreements.. . Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.. Admission to the bar in any U.S. jurisdiction.. Strong analytical and research skills with ability to interpret and apply legal principles.. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.. Experience in contract negotiation and drafting.. Familiarity with corporate governance and compliance issues.. Proficiency in legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis).. Ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems effectively.. . Preferred Qualifications. Familiarity with CLM or compliance management software.. Experience delivering compliance training to non-legal stakeholders.. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.. . Physical Requirements. Remote..
