This position combines strategic engagement with senior leadership, tactical planning with engineers and product teams, and cross-project coordination to drive efficiencies. In this role, you will:. ·         Lead multi-workstream technical programs from planning through delivery, ensuring schedules, budgets, and success metrics are met.. ·         Engage with executives, policy leaders, and stakeholders to align program outcomes with strategic objectives.. ·         Translate strategy into roadmaps, epics, sprint goals, and detailed requirements for engineering and product teams.. ·         Facilitate workshops, executive briefings, and roadmap reviews, capturing feedback to inform product evolution.. ·         Monitor risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and communicate dependencies and trade-offs to leadership.. ·         Drive continuous improvement by collecting metrics, conducting retrospectives, and optimizing program processes.. ·         Advocate for privacy, open standards, and interoperability in all technical delivery decisions.. The ideal candidate will have:. ·         3–7+ years of experience managing software programs or enterprise implementations, preferably in identity, credentialing, authentication, or security domains.. ·         Technical fluency with APIs, system diagrams, and data flows; able to collaborate effectively with engineers and architects.. ·         Familiarity with government operations, compliance, and procurement, including FedRAMP, NIST, ISO standards.. ·         Proven ability to manage complex initiatives across multiple teams and vendors.. ·         Strong strategic thinking, linking technical deliverables to policy objectives and mission outcomes.. ·         Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across technical, operational, and executive audiences.. Bonus Qualifications:. ·         Direct experience with identity, access management, or verifiable credential solutions for government.. ·         Certifications such as PMP, CSM, SAFe, or PRINCE2, or demonstrated agile program leadership.. ·         Hands-on experience with scripting, SQL, or analytics tools for troubleshooting and reporting..
