Key Responsibilities:. . Develop and implement full-funnel paid media strategies aligned with business goals. . . Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. . . Build media plans with channel recommendations, budget allocation, and KPIs. . . Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Twitter, and other paid media platforms. . . Manage keyword research, bidding strategies, ad copywriting, and A/B testing. . . Continuously refine campaigns to improve performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS. . . Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker, SEMrush, etc.) to evaluate campaign performance. . . Generate weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations. . . Run experiments and A/B tests to validate new ideas and strategies. . . Partner with design and content teams to ensure creatives align with campaign goals and brand standards. . . Work closely with sales and CRM teams to ensure paid efforts support lead gen and pipeline growth. . . Present campaign outcomes and learnings to internal stakeholders with clarity and context. . . Own and manage paid media budgets, ensuring efficient spend and maximum ROI. . . Monitor daily performance and reallocate budgets as needed to high-performing channels or campaigns. . . Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices. . . Propose innovative testing ideas and strategic shifts based on evolving data and opportunities.. . . Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. . . 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns. . . Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals. . . Proficient with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Twitter Ads. . . Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize in real-time. . . Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Looker, SEMrush, or similar. . .
