Lead the remote sales strategy for a portfolio of 8–10 hotels, managing corporate and group business development.. . Generate outbound leads, respond to inbound inquiries, and convert opportunities into closed business.. . Customize sales efforts per property, balancing multi-brand expectations with performance metrics.. . Collaborate with hotel managers and brands to meet and exceed revenue goals.. . Maintain daily communication and reporting via phone, video conferencing, and internal platforms.. . Work autonomously while contributing to a highly collaborative, results-driven team culture.. . . Minimum 3 years of on-property sales experience with a major hotel brand (Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Wyndham, Choice, etc.).. . Strong knowledge of corporate and group hospitality sales strategy.. . Ability to manage multiple properties remotely with efficiency and accountability.. . Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.. .
