Handle customer inquiries related to media and entertainment services, content subscriptions, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Polish.. . Provide guidance on service features, help troubleshoot technical issues, and address customer concerns.. . Assist customers with setting up accounts, managing subscriptions, and resolving billing inquiries.. . Document customer interactions accurately and follow through on outstanding issues.. . Collaborate with various teams to enhance the quality of service provided to customers.. . Stay updated on the latest media trends and platform developments to inform and engage customers.. . . Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial.. . Experience in customer service, preferably in the media or entertainment sector.. .
