Operations Lead (Full-time, Remote) at CareAcross. As we are growing, we are looking for an Operations Lead to help scale our impact.. We . support cancer patients across Europe and beyond,. throughout their journey, with interactive online platforms that help them improve their quality of life based on the latest research & scientific evidence.. In parallel, we . enhance clinicians’ workflow . through non-intrusive Remote Patient Monitoring services that highlight patient-level experiences and reveal population-level insights.. In parallel, we . work with the industry. in order to (a) accelerate cancer research (b) understand patients’ journeys, and (c) build services that empower patients in and out of the hospital.. This is where you come in. : we are looking for someone to lead our Operations and provide hands-on support to the management team in order to . improve our services to patients and the industry. through activities such as:. . Content management (e.g. content updates). . Platforms management (e.g. new service design & deployment). . Metrics and reporting (e.g. service performance reviews & improvement plans). . Data analytics (e.g. identifying gaps & opportunities). . Project management and process improvement (in order to achieve the above in the best way possible).. . The Operations Lead will shape our operational culture, strategy and procedures, and optimise our effectiveness and efficiency.. We are flexible regarding the location and specific hours (you can work pretty much from anywhere, at anytime).. Must-haves. The ideal candidate will have . at least 2 years of work experience. in the following:. . Time & Project planning skills. . Strong analytical skills, being highly comfortable with data. . Excellent command of online/offline productivity & collaboration tools (e.g. Google Docs, Office suite etc). . Excellent communications skills (in English) in a professional setting. . Familiarisation with web-based technologies. . Nice-to-haves. These are not necessary but can help. . Exposure to ISO standards and procedures in general. . Familiarisation with Software As Medical Devices (SaMD) and the EU/UK Medical Device Regulation (ISO 13485). . An interest in the digital health and/or cancer domains.. . Company Location: Greece.
