You’ll need the confidence to . “hold court” on a call with senior stakeholders. while also having the . practical skills to troubleshoot and build integrations. (APIs, automation platforms, workflow tools) that keep the program running seamlessly.. As a War Room Program Coordinator, Technical Facilitator & Workflow Automator (Consultant) for AG Consulting Partners, a typical day might include the following:. . End-to-End Program Facilitation & Coordination. . . Lead War Room sessions with confidence—setting the tone, keeping discussions productive, and ensuring action items are clear.. . Manage intake flow: review deal submissions, qualify opportunities, and determine next steps.. . Schedule and adjust War Room sessions across global time zones.. . Proactively communicate with participants via Slack/email to ensure preparation and attendance.. . Attend meetings to manage flow, flag blockers, and drive alignment across teams.. . . . Hands-On Technical Integration & Workflow Automation. . . . Build and maintain integrations between scheduling tools, CRMs, Slack, and AI platforms.. . Solve real-time technical challenges—whether it’s fixing a broken Zapier automation or debugging an API connection.. . Design and implement automated workflows to reduce manual effort in scheduling, follow-up, and reporting.. . Integrate AI tools for transcription, summarization, and reporting.. . . . Session Support & Execution. . . . Ensure meetings are well-structured, recorded, and documented.. . Distribute concise follow-up notes and AI-generated summaries.. . Launch and manage dedicated Slack channels to track follow-up actions through completion.. . . . Reporting & Continuous Improvement. . . . Build dashboards and reports in . Excel, Salesforce, and Tableau (or similar BI tools).. . . Track KPIs and surface insights to improve speed, efficiency, and program adoption.. . Identify and remove process bottlenecks.. . .
