To support our recruitment service for key roles within the Meat Division UK, we are excited to bring a Senior Recruiter on board to join our dynamic recruitment team.. In this position, you will take the lead in sourcing, coordinating, and managing candidate interactions for designated positions within this division. You will also assist in our international recruitment efforts, with a strong emphasis on sourcing skilled workers from abroad. Your expertise in research, together with having extensive experience in skilled visa pathways, will allow you to deliver current and ongoing analyses of recruitment market trends, helping to inform and deliver recruitment strategies within the business. . Collaborating closely with the on-site recruiters HR teams as well as hiring managers, you will ensure a streamlined and effective hiring process while supporting the Group Recruitment Manager in shaping and delivering the Meat Division UK's recruitment strategy.. RESPONSIBILITIES:. Recruitment:. Support the Group Recruitment Manager and HR Director in delivery recruitment strategies and apply/adapt to them depending on site needs. . Provide full life cycle recruitment support for assigned salaried positions . . Collaborate and build strong relationships with hiring managers, HR Teams and the on-site recruitment teams to provide guidance on targeted recruitment strategies and relevant selection processes, tailored to the specific role and level . . Conduct proactive candidate sourcing and searches via the ATS database (Workable), social media, LinkedIn, networking events and industry connections. . Identify and engage potential candidates to build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities across the division. . Support Group Recruitment Manager and site Recruiters/HR Managers to plan and deliver strategic workforce planning activities. . Gathering and sharing regular updates and in-sights on recruitment market trends, as directly linked to our industry, rates of pay, salaries, benefits, recruitment threats/barriers and availability of talent. . International Recruitment & Skilled Visas:. . Craft and implement innovative sourcing strategies to draw in talented international candidates that align with our business objectives. . Take charge of the complete recruitment lifecycle for overseas talent, from advertising and screening to interviewing and the sonsorship process . . Stay informed about the latest immigration laws to ensure compliance and support for our international hires. .  . Reporting, Metrics & Vendor Management:. Deliver insightful weekly reports and analyses on all major recruitment metrics—including time to hire, the transition of applicants to interviews and offers, agency expenses, and cost-saving measures—to the Group Recruitment Manager and HR Director.. Collaborate with the Group Recruitment Manager to create, execute, and sustain an effective Preferred Suppliers List of partner recruitment agencies, vendors, and labor providers, ensuring the implementation of agreed terms and conditions across the division while maximizing group and volume discounts.. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to operate from anywhere within the UK. Occasionally, you may need to travel to our UK sites, as needed.. . Demonstrated experience in either in-house and agency recruitment roles, particularly in international hiring and visa sponsorship, coupled with extensive expertise in recruiting across various functions and a robust grasp of recruitment best practices. . In-depth knowledge of skilled visa programs and immigration regulations. . Outstanding stakeholder management and negotiation abilities. . Proficient in managing and prioritizing multiple high-stakes roles while meeting tight deadlines. . Capable of working effectively and confidently under pressure. .
