The successful candidate will document existing scenarios, improve reliability, implement best practices, and create new integrations based on approved business requirements.. Key Responsibilities: . Audit and document existing Make.com scenarios and data flows.. Optimise scenarios for performance, efficiency, error handling and maintainability.. Monitor scenario execution, queue usage and error logs.. Troubleshoot failures and implement long-term fixes.. Create new scenarios based on business automation requests.. Build reusable modules, sub-scenarios and standardised components.. Implement naming conventions, versioning and scenario lifecycle management.. Required Skills and Qualifications:. Strong hands-on experience with Make.com (minimum 1–2 years).. Ability to read, trace and troubleshoot multi-step scenarios.. Understanding of error handling, scheduling, iterators, routers and mapping.. Experience with webhooks, JSON payloads and API authentication.. Basic familiarity with data stores and array manipulation. Nice to Have:. Experience with Salesforce, Cin7/DEAR, Xero, HubSpot or similar systems..
