Lead overall sales operations strategy, planning, and process development to ensure efficiency and scalability.. . Analyze and optimize end-to-end sales processes, identifying opportunities to improve performance and drive growth.. . Provide timely and accurate sales reporting and analytics to inform decision-making, targeting, and forecasting.. . Develop and implement sales force structures, territory alignments, and deployment strategies to maximize sales potential.. . Collaborate with sales leadership on accurate sales forecasting, territory planning, and execution of sales plans.. .
