We are offering an exciting unpaid internship for an aspiring Recruitment Consultant. This is a 360 recruitment role with a strong emphasis on business development. You will gain hands-on experience in winning new clients, managing the full recruitment cycle, and closing placements. High performers interns will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time role with a competitive basic salary and commission structure.. Key Responsibilities:. Generate new clients through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, and referrals. Support in achieving monthly sales targets. Assist in selling recruitment services and closing job briefs. Participate in the full 360 recruitment cycle (client + candidate). Source, screen, and submit candidates under guidance. Coordinate interviews and support placements. Maintain accurate records using Excel and email. Contribute to pipeline building and deal-closing activities. Conduct research on employment & labor law to ensure compliance during the hiring process.. Help coordinate employee orientation sessions, employee evaluations, and employee relations activities. Support the recruitment team with contracts, employee onboarding, and succession planning activities.. Assist with social media management to promote job openings and employer branding.. Participate in training & development programs to enhance recruiting skills such as negotiation, interviewing, and talent acquisition strategies.. What We Offer:.
