As a key member of our team, you will assist citizens in navigating government services, providing them with the necessary information and support in German.. Key Responsibilities. . Manage inquiries related to government services, programs, and policies via phone, email, and chat in German.. . Provide accurate and timely information to citizens while ensuring a professional and courteous interaction.. . Assist in resolving issues related to public services and facilitate necessary follow-up actions.. . Document all customer interactions in the system to maintain comprehensive records.. . Collaborate with various government departments to ensure effective responses to inquiries.. . Stay updated on changes in government policies and services to provide relevant information.. . . Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.. . Experience in customer service, particularly in the government or public sector is preferred.. . Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.. . Ability to handle sensitive inquiries with professionalism and discretion.. . Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.. . Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and sometimes high-pressure environment.. .
