As a Senior Solutions Architect, Government, you will play a pivotal role in shaping solution strategies for government clients by gathering requirements, designing tailored solutions, and demonstrating their value. This position requires a deep understanding of government technology, regulations, and risk management practices. You will collaborate closely with account managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive revenue, optimize client outcomes, and maintain a competitive edge. Partner with Strategic Account Managers to grow market share and drive government client success.. . Gather and document customer requirements to design solution strategies that meet business needs.. . Facilitate solution-based subject matter expertise for RFPs, proposals, and client presentations.. . Conduct impactful product demonstrations both virtually and on-site.. . Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and technological developments to differentiate solutions.. . Support product development with business case documentation and research analysis.. . Collaborate with internal teams to develop professional plans, share knowledge, and enhance client engagement.. . . 7+ years of experience in sales, client engagement, or related roles, preferably within identity services or government sectors.. . Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or equivalent work experience.. . Proven expertise in systems and data integration, including integrating data and services for complex projects.. . Strong project management and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and initiatives.. . Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for client interactions and internal collaboration.. .
