Assist Swedish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to products and services.. . Provide detailed information about offerings, assist with account management, and handle troubleshooting requests.. . Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.. . Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system for quality assurance and continuity.. . Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer service and satisfaction.. . Stay updated with product knowledge, policies, and industry trends to provide informed assistance.. . . Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is preferred.. .
