ButterflyMX is currently seeking a strategic and execution-driven Sales Operations Manager to serve as a key business partner to our Sales leadership team. In this role, you’ll work closely with Sales Directors and VPs to optimize the day-to-day operations of our sales organization. You’ll help define and scale processes that drive efficiency, improve execution, and accelerate growth. Act as a strategic partner to Sales leadership, helping to shape and support their day-to-day operational needs. . Develop and implement scalable processes to improve sales team productivity and effectiveness. . Design and continuously refine the ideal “day in the life” for Sales Directors and VPs, streamlining workflows and reducing friction. . Monitor sales execution metrics and pipeline health, generating regular performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders. . Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Business Systems to align on go-to-market execution and performance goals. . Identify and drive improvements to our tech stack and CRM processes (Salesforce), ensuring alignment with evolving sales motions. . Create playbooks, onboarding plans, and enablement strategies to accelerate time-to-ramp for Sales Directors. . Deliver ongoing support and training on CRM hygiene, forecasting, and sales process best practices. . Stay current on industry trends and operational best practices to bring forward new ideas and innovation. . Requirements . . 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related field, ideally within a SaaS or technology company. . Strong understanding of sales process, forecasting, and pipeline management principles. . Proficiency with Salesforce and experience with sales productivity tools (e.g., Groove, Gong, ZoomInfo). . Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. . Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to collaborate across teams and influence without authority. . Detail-oriented with exceptional project management and organizational skills. . Experience in sales enablement, training, or onboarding programs is a plus. . Adaptable and resourceful in a fast-paced, evolving environment. . Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. . Company Location: United States.
