Your fluency in German will be essential in ensuring that clients receive high-quality assistance related to their cybersecurity needs. You will help customers understand products, resolve technical issues, and ensure their peace of mind in an increasingly digital world.. Responsibilities. . Deliver outstanding customer service in German via phone, email, and chat regarding cybersecurity products and services. . Assist customers with product inquiries, account management, and technical support requests. . Resolve customer issues efficiently and advocate for customer needs within the company. . Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. . Collaborate with technical teams to provide solutions for complex issues. . Gather feedback from clients to enhance our services and cybersecurity offerings. . Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in cybersecurity. . . Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication skills. . Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving. .
