We are seeking an experienced and results-driven . Land Acquisition Manager. to lead and execute land acquisition initiatives across identified geographies. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in land acquisition processes, negotiations, and regulatory compliance, along with a proven ability to manage complex land transactions end-to-end. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution capability to support large-scale development and infrastructure projects.. Key Responsibilities. Lead end-to-end . land acquisition activities. , including land identification, feasibility assessment, valuation, negotiation, and final acquisition. . Identify suitable land parcels aligned with business and project requirements, ensuring clear titles and minimal legal risks. . Conduct due diligence for land records, ownership verification, encumbrances, zoning, land-use conversion, and statutory approvals. . Liaise with landowners, local authorities, government bodies, consultants, and legal teams to facilitate smooth and timely acquisitions. . Negotiate land prices, compensation structures, and acquisition terms to achieve cost-effective outcomes while maintaining positive stakeholder relationships. . Manage acquisition through various modes including direct purchase, lease, joint development, government acquisition, or land pooling, as applicable. . Ensure compliance with applicable land laws, local regulations, environmental norms, and statutory requirements. . Coordinate with legal teams for drafting, reviewing, and execution of agreements, sale deeds, leases, and related documentation. . Track acquisition progress, manage risks, and resolve disputes, objections, or claims related to land ownership or possession. . Maintain accurate records, MIS reports, and documentation related to land acquisition status, costs, and timelines. . Support internal teams such as project planning, finance, legal, and construction to align land acquisition with project schedules. . Represent the organization in discussions with government authorities, local administration, and community stakeholders. . Required Skills & Competencies.
