Develop and manage relationships with key partners such as EPAM, Accenture, Valtech, and major e-commerce platforms across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.. . Own and execute the partner and alliances strategy in the DACH territory, driving partner-sourced revenue and strategic joint opportunities.. . Build collaborative sales motions, enablement programs, and co-marketing initiatives that deliver measurable pipeline and customer impact.. . Align with internal Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Business Development teams to support partner deals and customer engagement.. . Design and present partnership proposals, scale strategic partner programs, and provide regular performance updates to EMEA leadership.. . Contribute to thought leadership and content creation including blog posts, case studies, and co-branded materials to strengthen partner visibility and value.. . . Professional fluency in German and English is required.. . 5+ years of experience in Partner Management, Alliances, or Sales roles in SaaS, ideally in high-growth companies ($50M–$200M ARR).. . Proven success developing strategic partnerships and executing co-selling and co-marketing activities.. .
