Monitor and document changes in the health and well-being of residents. . Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being. . Help maintain a clean and organized living environment. . Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to implement care plans and ensure quality service. . Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance caregiving skills. . . Prior experience in elderly care or healthcare assistance is preferred.. .
