You will work alongside a collaborative team to design, implement, and maintain robust security architecture, tooling, and operational practices. Your efforts will protect cloud infrastructure, containerized workloads, and end-user devices, ensuring compliance, threat mitigation, and incident response readiness. This position offers hands-on technical challenges across multiple domains, from cloud security to automation and endpoint protection, in an environment that values learning, collaboration, and innovation.. Accountabilities. In this role, you will:. · Define and implement security best practices across cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).. · Support threat modeling, risk assessments, and architecture reviews for key systems.. · Develop and maintain automation tools for secure configuration management and continuous monitoring (e.g., image scanning, IAM enforcement).. · Implement runtime security measures for containerized workloads (Docker, Kubernetes).. · Design and deploy endpoint and application security controls to protect managed devices and ensure compliance.. · Participate in triage, investigation, and resolution of security incidents.. · Contribute to documentation and raise security awareness across engineering teams.. · Participate in the Security team on-call rotation, providing hands-on support during incidents.. The ideal candidate will have:. · 5+ years of hands-on experience in security engineering, DevSecOps, or infrastructure security roles.. · Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS and/or GCP) and their security services.. · Deep knowledge of Linux systems and networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP).. · Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.. · Expertise in container security practices and tools (Docker, Kubernetes).. · Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, etc.).. · Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders..
