Own and evolve the product roadmap for CSR-focused initiatives, with attention to AI-driven innovation.. . Collaborate with engineering, UX, and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver impactful solutions.. . Define and track success metrics, monitor adoption, and iterate based on data and insights.. . Ensure alignment across Engineering, UX, PMO, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success for cohesive delivery.. . Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and CSR innovations to position products as market leaders.. . Build strong relationships with customers through strategic engagement, feedback loops, and events.. . Drive cross-functional initiatives and communicate product vision clearly to teams and leadership.. . . Candidates should have:. . 5+ years of progressive experience in product management, program management, product marketing, or business development, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.. .
