Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI projects. . Guide the research and application of state-of-the-art AI technologies and methodologies. . Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning. . Identify new trends and opportunities in AI and machine learning. . Ensure high standards of quality, performance, and scalability in AI solutions. . Communicate AI initiatives and results to stakeholders and executives. . . 8+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. . Proven experience in a leadership role, managing teams of engineers and data scientists. . Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning techniques, and AI methodologies. . Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. . Experience with AI and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch. . Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. .
